1. Printing can be divided into four types: which-black printing, one-color printing, four-color printing and multiple-color printing.
2. For patterns or character on substances or metal surface: silk screen printing, tampo-printing, hot printing (gold, silver) and soft printing (for plastic printing).
3. Traditional printing includes: offset printing P5 and paper mould soft printing. For commercial use, there are short printing and CTP.
4. Character Typesetting and low quality job printing can be substituted by soft printing to save cost and time.
About Paper Sizes:
The sizes of format can be divided into three types: large format, medium-sized format and small format. Taking paper of 787×1092for example: 12K or above is large format, 16-36k is medium-sized format and 40K or below is small format. The books are usually oblong, except the square books of 6K, 12K, 20K, 24K and 40K.
